Lightoaria is a project in which I steal
metal objects and turn them into trash.
NO, no… sorry, lamps, from short to tall.
The name comes from a combination of traditional
tinsmithing (latoaria in Portuguese) and light.
For this project to exist, I must thank
brands such as HAY, IKEA, SIGG, ALESSI, SACCAB,
and other white-label brands that design beautiful
objects worth stealing. I apologise if I’ve made
something worse out of your already excellent products.
I truly admire your work, and my dream
is to design a product for you.
